The Government of Uttar Pradesh conceived a plan for the development of Hi-Tech Townships throughout the State.
The basic idea was
To ease the congestion in the existing towns which had failed to provide the desired infrastructure like roads, electricity, water, sanitation, pollution free environment, traffic congestion etc.,
To meet the growing demand of new towns and houses with state of the art infrastructure.
Keeping in view the same, the Government of Uttar Pradesh decided to invite bidders from throughout the country for developing new modern towns in the State.
